Did you know, Mathison House was named after Allan Mathison Turing?

The Wild Willow happened because we thought a cafe that literally couldn't be gentrified was funny.

Though originally, I only founded this FC so people would stop sending me invites.
Things just increasingly got out of hand, as I realized what could be done with Free Companies.

There's a bit of Magnus Archives vibes going on here, but we try to be more original than not, so things feel more like our own than some imitation of something else. (Which I've seen a lot of people fail at.)
And on that, Mathison House would serve the Spiral and the Eye. lol

The idea of the house being some kind of entity, rather than just being haunted, came when it became clear how often Brugil and My Housing addictions would make us remodel.
But it's fun, ya know? A lot of good has come from it. Mathison is a good House.

There *is* an xiv lore friendly explanation for everything!
(But most of what's been said IC about it is speculation, as D'rinha and Brugil don't know anything.)
