The Truth

Most people know Mr. Mathison was obsessed with Mhach.
But no one knew he had a killer sugar cookie recipe!

We found the recipe tucked away in his coffin! Here it is :

Step One

1 and 1/2 cups Butter, at exactly room temperature
1 and 1/2 cups White Sugar
3 table spoons Cream Cheese
Whip for five ticks, do not leave the sugar undissolved. Cease once as fluffy as a moogle.

Step Two

1 Dodo's Egg
2 Yokes of Dodo's Eggs
1 tea spoon Extract of Vanilla
1/2 tea spoon Extract of Almonds
Mix this well into the batter started in step one.

Step Three

Sift the following ingredients into the batter:
3 and 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
1/2 tea spoon Baking Powder
2 tea spoons Cream of Tartar

Then add 1 tea spoon "Kitchen Salt" to the bowl.
And fold these into the batter.

Step Four

Use crystals to chill the dough, letting it rest for two hours.

Upon removal from the crystals, split the batch in half before rolling out.
Roll to 1/4th of an ilm thickness, and place all cutters at once before pulling away excess dough.
Chill this once more before repeating the process.

Step Five

After chilling each tray for at least twenty ticks, preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for ten ticks.

Allow to cool before icing. (Do not use wind crystals.)
